FICA Wall Street Summer Camps 15th Annual National Programs For 2012
For the fifteenth year in a row the FICA Wall Street Summer Camps will be held in cities throughout the United States of America. Since 1997, thousands of students have been trained.
ORLANDO, FL, February 15, 2012 /E-Learning PR News/ -- For the fifteenth year in a row Future Investor Clubs of America (FICA) will be hosting its nationally famous Wall Street Summer Camps TM, throughout the United States of America. The training camps are specifically designed for student's ages 8-19 to learn about the world of money, investing and saving. Parents desiring to increase the business and financial intelligence of their kids and teens are invited to register their student(s) for one or more weeks of training. All financial training applications are presented in a way that keeps students engaged and ready to learn. During the camp, Young Investors will enjoy 40 hours or more of informative curriculum, e-learning, lessons, videos and worksheets covering financial topics such as: banking, bonds, financial planning, financial terminology, mutual funds, stocks and more. In addition, each summer camp has been designed to explore investing in some of the many different corporate industries such as: Travel, Tourism, Technology, Communications, Entertainment, Energy, Space Technology, Commodity Markets, Banking, Insurance and more.
All classroom training applications are presented by our experienced FICA Certified Financial Intelligence Trainers. In addition, Wall Street Summer Campers get a chance to sit back, relax, listen and learn from some of America's top corporate executives, college professors and financial industry professionals. Campers also get the opportunity to enjoy money games, build an investment portfolio and participate in carefully designed financial field trips to the offices of major corporations and to the local financial district. For students participating in our Future Investor Clubs of America summer extended program, we have also incorporated visits to some of the world's top financial institutions such as: the Chicago Board of Trade (now CME); New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) and the Federal Reserve Bank.
To provide our campers with a well rounded summer financial and educational learning experience; training events are historically held on the campuses of some of America's most prestigious colleges and universities. These venues provide our students with the opportunity to enjoy campus tours, plus interact with college and university officials. Also, let's not forget that commuters and overnight stay students have the option to participate in many fun activities such as going to the movies; entertainment and game centers for relaxation. As a result, learning about the world of money, investing and saving has never been this much fun!
