KnowledgeShift Features Improv Group to Demonstrate Mobi-RolePlay

KnowledgeShift Inc. will be using using a fun and unique approach to demonstrating Mobi-RolePlay with a local improv groupe in Chicago.

WHEATON, IL, February 19, 2011 /E-Learning PR News/ -- Due to the fact that her staff and location made it perfect to do so, Nancy Munro, CEO of KnowledgeShift, decided to educate the market on their new IVR mobile tool, Mobi-RolePlay using a improv group. KnowledgeShift is located in the Chicago area, home of many of the great improv artists. KnowledgeShift has staff that have been trained and performed on many of the improv stages so why not use improv as a way to engage an audience when demonstrating a new product.

"Mobi-RolePlay is an easy to use tool that allows you to have interactive conversations or conduct surveys in a fun an unique way using a phone", states Nancy Munro. "We're going to use improv artists to engage the audience at building a role-play scenario that we will be building on the fly to show how easy it is to create content for a role-play and deploy on any phone in a matter of minutes."

Mobi-RolePlay utilizes a combination of IVR and web technologies to create a variety of training or marketing applications. The most widely used applications are training for various role-playing conversations in call centers, sales or customer service departments. It can also be used to easily deploy surveys or viral marketing campaigns. A spin-off use of this has been to deploy to children with autism to practice social conversations.

This free event will be held in two sessions, March 1. The first session will run from 12:30 to 2 and the second session will run from 4-5:30 at 200 S. Wacker, Chicago, IL. To attend this free event, contact KnowledgeShift directly
