Louis Moretti owns and operates a real estate investment corporation and educational institution. The name of his company is Posh Properties, LLC. Several divisions have been implemented since the company was established in April of 2007. One such division is the Finance Friday educational program, which is committed to providing high standards of financial education to young adults. Mr. Moretti is currently working on a major video project and book focused on financial education for teachers, parents, and children. Future plans include the creation and implementation of financial board games, online games for young adults, and online subscriptions for his students. During the day, Mr. Moretti is an educator at the South Orangetown School District in New York where he teaches the core academic subjects and financial studies. He is also a wrestling coach at the school where he works. He attributes his successes to the business sense he received from his father, the knowledge he gained from his financial mentors, and the encouragement and support provided by his wife.
Mr. Moretti excels in investment management and is responsible for purchasing, selling, and leasing residential properties and raw land. He received his bachelor's degree from Pace University and conducted his graduate studies at the College of New Rochelle.
